Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff,
departing the marine terminal gates by road in the ports
of Long Beach or Los Angeles, CA, during PEAK HOURS
(Monday thru Friday 3:00 AM to 6:00 PM) are SBJ to the
Traffic Mitigation Fees assessed by Pierpass named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges {Control No. CC-05-0097}:

     NONE IN EFFECT.
   
FCL Rated Shipments (SEE EXCEPTIONS):

EXCEPTIONS:
   i. Traffic Mitigation Fees will not be assessed on
      containers departing the marine terminal gates by
      road at the specified ports during Off-Peak Hours;
      
  ii. Traffic Mitigation Fees will not be assessed for
      empty containers or chassis, domestic containers or
      transshipments to other ports; and
      
 iii. Traffic Mitigation Fees will not be assessed for
      intermodal containers departing via the Alameda
      Corridor for Import where the Alameda Corridor
      Surcharge has been assessed.
