shipments moving on the rates to the ports and points 
listed below are SUBJECT to the applicable Currency 
Adjustment Factor named below.  The numbers listed inside 
the "><" marks indicate the algorithm calculation set.

          6.2% (six and 2 tenths percent) of Basic Freight 
            Charges
     
  2. To All Ports and Points in Austria, Belgium, Czech
       Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg,
       Netherlands, Slovakia, and Switzerland
          31% (thirty-one percent) of Basic Ocean Freight
     
  3. To Ports and Points in Denmark, Finland, Iceland,
        Norway and Sweden -
          10% (ten percent) of Basic Ocean Freight
      
  4. To Ports and Points in Japan 
          57% (fifty-seven percent) of Basic Freight Charges
     
  5. To Ports and Points in Korea 
          4% (four percent) of Basic Ocean Freight
     
  6. To Ports and Points in New Zealand
          9.3% (nine and three-tenths percent) of Basic
                Freight Charges
     
  7. To Ports and Points in Singapore 
          15% (fifteen percent) of Basic Freight Charges
     
  8. To Ports and Points in Taiwan 
          11% (eleven percent) of Basic Ocean Freight
  
  9. To Ports and Points in the United Kingdom and the 
        Republic of Ireland -
          5% (five percent) of Basic Ocean Freight
