Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages of this Tariff
Rate Section, all FCL rated shipments, moving in ocean Containers, which
move To or Thru the ports named below are SBJ to the DESTINATION PORT
CHARGE (DPT) specified below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
  
a. On FCL Shipments Moving
     TO or THRU the Ports in the Constituent Countries of the Kingdom of
       the Netherlands named below are SBJ to the DPT Charge specified,
       below, when the use of Top Loader Equipment (see Note A) is
       utilized to lift, stack, move or tranpsort containers in and thru
       the Port(s)of:

     Note A: A Top Loader is a machine design to quickly lift, stack,
      move and transport a loaded or empty ocean container within the
      confined spaces of a port terminal or depot area by the use of a
      mounting spreader on a forklift enabling it to handle ocean
      containers within a port area and to stack ocean containers up to 3
      or even 5 high.
