When Carrier is required or requested to obtain a Chassis in order to
transport a Container from or to Shipper's or Consignee's premises, a
Container Yard, a Rail Ramp or Pier/Wharf facilities, OR when Carrier is
assessed a CUC by an underlying VOCC, Carrier will make arrangements to
obtain or utilize an appropriate Chassis and will assess the Chassis Usage
Charge (CUC) for each Chassis provided per Shipment as named below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.  Carrier will
assess the CUC Charge only once per Chassis used per Shipment.
