RULE: 1.8 - CONSTRUCTING RATES FROM U.S. CFS ORIGINS VIA SO.FL PORTS Eff: 10SEP2023

a. When NO rate is named to apply on a shipment from any Carrier
   nominated CFS Station located at a point named in the INLAND ORIGIN
   CHARGE TABLE herein, rates from such Carrier nominated CFS Station shall
   be constructed by adding the Arbitrary named in the Table herein to
   Carrier's applicable rate (including in any applicable TVR rate) which
   apply from Carrier's CFS in Miami, FL or any other So.FL Origin Port to
   the shipment's foreign destination, which charge shall be in addition to
   all other applicable charges.
  
b. The Inland Origin Charge named in the INLAND ORIGIN CHARGE TABLE
   herein will NOT apply when there is an applicable specific rate
   named in this Tariff Rate Section (including in any applicable TVR rate)
   from a Carrier nominated CFS at an Origin named in the Table herein to
   a Shipment's foreign destination UNLESS the inland charge named herein
   is specifically stated as applying to Shipments moving on such rate.
  
c. The Arbitrary Inland Charge to be assessed will be calculated per the
   applicable CFT rate or CWT rate, whichever produces the greater revenue,
   SBJ to any M/C specified.
  
d. BARRELS: Except as otherwise shown, Inland Origin Charges for BARRELS
   are based on 15 CFT per Barrel.
  
e. ATLANTA GA ORIGIN GROUP: CFT Rate on Cargo from Atlanta GA Origin Group
   applies ONLY on shipments more then 18.0 cft; Shipments of 18.0 cft or
   less ARE SBJ to a flat amount equal to the Minimum Charge per Shipment.

f. LAX Origin Ports: CFT Rate on Cargo from any CFS in the LAX Origin Port
   area applies ONLY on shipments more then 200.0 cft; Shipments of 200.0
   cft or less ARE SBJ to a flat amount equal to the Minimum Charge per
   Shipment.
