Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
Shipments for which Carrier provides CFS Service (See Rule 2.1), which
move on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section indicating "S" Service
at Origin or Destination will be SBJ to the LOADING/UNLOADING/TERMIANL
SERVICE CHARGES (STUF or USTF) named below, which charge shall be in
additional to all other applicable charges.
  
a. When Carrier provides the following Terminal Services at its
   nominated CFS, Carrier will assess the Charge specified, which charge
   shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.

   NOTE 1: Additional Terminal Services include, but are not limited to,
    Repacking Cargo, Reworking Pallets, Splitting Cargo,
    Preparing/Applying Tickets/Labels.  Additional Terminal Services do
    NOT include services otherwise provided in this Rule, and do NOT
    include receipt of cargo, cross dock movements nor loading of Cargo
    into Containers.
   NOTE 2: For possible applicable Storage Charges see Rule 23.11 in
    this Tariff Section.
   NOTE 3: Maximum Charge USD200.00 per shipment.
  
b. When Carrier provides, at it nominated CFS, Loading/Stuffing or
   Offloading/Unstuffing Service into or out of a Full Container for a
   a single Shipper and/or Consignee, Carrier will assess the Container
   STUF or UNSF Charge named below, which charge shall be in addition to
   all other applicable charges.

c. All LCL Cargo Shipments tendered to Carrier exceeding 16 cft at a
   nominated CFS MUST be palletized at time of receipt.  When an LCL Cargo
   Shipment exceeding 16 CFT is tendered to Carrier without being
   palletized and without a Shipper, Consignee or Supplier provided pallet,
   Carrier will provide a Class C or better Pallet at the charge named
   below.  Carrier supplied Pallets may or may not be Heat Treated as
   specified in the International Standard Photosanitary Measures No. 15
   (ISPM 15) Regulations and may be used for U.S. Export ONLY.
  
     Applicable ONLY on LCL Shipments of 16 cft or more:
        Carrier Supplied Wood Pallet Charge:  USD 10.00 Per Pallet
