When, prior to commencement of transportation service, Shipper,
Consignee or their authorized agent requests that Carrier open and/or
unseal Non-Hazardous LCL cargo which has been tendered to Carrier in a
package, in a barrel, or as a packaged piece or unit, for inspection,
to obtain a packing slip, to verify piece count, to take pictures of
cargo, or for any other reason that requires Carrier to open and/or
unseal the cargo's packaging, Carrier will assess the package
re-handling/opening fee named below, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable charges.  Package(s) will ONLY be opened and/or
unsealed upon Shipper's, Consignee's or their authorized Agent's
submission of a completed "Hold Harmless Agreement."  Carrier will make
Carrier's Hold Harmless Agreement Form available upon Shipper's,
Consignee's or authorized Agent's written request.
    
Package Re-Handling/Opening Fee named herein will be assessed per each
 package, barrel, or piece opened and re-handled, and/or when pictures
 are requested or required:
    
     Applicable on Cargo tendered at any Carrier's CFS Terminal, EAN:
       PACKAGE RE-HANDLING/OPENING/PICTURES FEE:    USD 5.00 
  
{C} Handling Charges applying on LCL shipments moving in Carrier
    consolidated containers formerly shown herein have been transferred to
    Rule 23.029 herein.
