Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) in
this Tariff Section, whenever any Motor Vehicle is tendered to Carrier
for transportation and is delivered, or becomes, non-operational due to
any mechanical, electrical, battery or engine failure or malfunction;
is unable to stay running under its own power; has flat, damaged or
missing tires; has cracked or damaged windshields or windows; is
leaking any fluids; has deployed airbags; is out of fuel; OR is
non-operational for any other cause whatsoever so that the Vehicle can
no longer be safely moved from one location to another as designed, and
as a result Carrier must provide additional towing, pulling, lifting,
pushing, or any other service, in order to forward the vehicle to
destination, Carrier will assess the applicable NON-OPERATING VEHICLE
SURCHARGE (NOVH) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
           
 NON-OPERATING VEHICLE SURCHARGE:
{A}  On Vehicles Not Exceeding 700 cft:   USD 100.00 Each
{A}  On Vehicles Exceeding 700 cft:       USD 400.00 Each
