Carrier will perform or provide Pickup Services (See Rule 28 - Definitions)
on LCL shipments originating at the points named below, SBJ to the charges
indicated below.  Pickup Service Charges named below apply ONLY to Carrier
services directly related to cartage transportation from Shipper's
premises to Carrier's facilities from which the Ocean Rates named in this
Tariff apply, and do NOT include applicable terminal handling, loading,
unloading and/or other ancillary service charges.  Shipments moving on
rates applying via Door Service directly from the points named below are
NSbj to the Pickup Service Charges named below.

   NOTE 1: Miami Metropolitan Area is defined as all points in Miami/Dade
    County North of South West 88th Street (Kendall Drive).
   NOTE 2: Beyond Miami Metropolitan Area is defined as all points in
    Miami/Dade County South of South West 88th Street (Kendall Drive).
   NOTE 3: Miami Downtown Area is defined as all points north of the
    Rickenbacker Causeway & SW 26th Road to junction with SR Highway 972,
    thence all points north of SR Highway 972 to junction with SR Highway
    933, thence all points east of SR Highway 933 to junction with NW
    20th Street, thence all points South of NW20th Street to junction
    with US Highway 1.
   NOTE 4: Miami Beach Downtown Area is defined as all points east of US
    Highway 1 and south of the 922 Causeway and all points north of
    McArthur Causeway.
   NOTE 5: Lump sum pick up Charge applies ONLY on shipments of 3
    pallets or less and/or weighing 3000 lbs. or less per shipment.
    Carrier will pickup shipments of 4 or more pallets and/or more than
    3000 lbs. only after special arrangements have been made with the
    Carrier.

b. WAITING TIME:
   On LCL Shipments Picked Up at any Point named in paragraph a. herein,
   Carrier will allow a maximum of 30 Minutes Free Waiting Time for
   Pickup Service to be completed at each Point of Pickup.  If Pickup
   Service requires more than 30 minutes to complete, Carrier shall
   assess a Waiting Time Fee of USD100.00 per each one-half hour, or
   fraction thereof, for all Waiting Time incurred in excess of the Free
   Waiting Time, which charge shall be in addition to all other
   applicable charges.  Waiting Time will be calculated from the Time
   Carrier's designated driver arrives at Shipper's premises until the
   time Carrier's Driver is provided all applicable shipping documents
   and is released by Shipper to commence transportation service.
    
c. INSIDE PICKUP SERVICE:
   As specified in Rule 28, Pickup Service, whether from commercial or
   residential locations, does NOT include inside removal service.  If
   during Pickup Service, Carrier's Driver is required to remove cargo
   from basements, floors, or any interior part of Shipper's presmises
   or any area that is not directly accessible to Carrier's
   over-the-road vehicle, Carrier will assess a charge of US$15.00, which
   charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges. 
    
d. EXTRA HELP:
   If Carrier's Driver requires additional help to provide or complete
   loading service, Carrier will assess an additional charge of US$20.00
   per each additional person required to accomplish Pickup Service, which
   charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
e. LIFT GATE TRUCK SERVICE:
   If in order to accomplish Pickup Service, Carrier is requested or
   required to provide a Truck equipped with a Lift Gate, Carrier will
   assess an additional charge of US$15.00, which charge shall be in
   addition to all other applicable charges.  If Carrier utilizes a Truck
   equipped with a Lift Gate to accomplish Pickup Service for its own
   convenience, no additional charge will be assessed.
   
f. HAZARDOUS CARGO SURCHARGE:
   When Carrier provides Pickup Service on Hazardous Cargo (as defined in
   Rule 16), Carrier will assess an additional Hazcharge of US$15.00,
   which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges, and
   shall be in addition to any applicable charges named in Rule 16 of this
   Tariff or in the Ocean Freight Rate Item applicable to the shipment.
    
g. IN-BOND CARGO:
   When Carrier provides Pickup Service for cargo moving In-Bond, Carrier
   will assess an additional charge of US$0.10 per cft or US$0.25 per cwt,
   whichever produces the greater revenue.  Additionally if Carrier's
   Drive is required to provide validation of In-Bond Documents at U.S.
   Customs, Carrier will assess an additional charge of US$15.00.  Both
   such charges shall be in addition to all other applicable charges, and
   shall be in addition to In-Bond Documentation charges named in Rule
   2.8P.
