RULE: 23.6 - DRAYAGE/INLAND & WAITING TIME CHARGES (WHEN THRU SoFL PORTS Eff: 29APR2018

When Carrier is required or requested to provide Inland Transportation
or additional Drayage Services on FCL shipments moving via Door Service
from a Shipper's Premises at any point in the United States, the
Additional Inland and/or Drayage Charges and/or Waiting Time Charges
shown herein will be assessed, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
   
a. ADDITIONAL DRAYAGE SERVICE CHARGES:
   Carrier will assess the Additional Drayage Service Charge (See NOTE 1)
   named below on shipments moving via Door Service from Shipper's
   Premises in Broward or Dade County, FL when interchanged thru any
   So.FL Port:
   
     USD 175.00 per Additional Container Movement
  
   NOTE 1: Additional Drayage Service is defined as any Carrier provided
    container movement beyond immediate non-stop transportation of loaded
    container from Shipper's Premises to Container Yard and/or shipside
    at Pier, which is NOT otherwise included in the applicable rate.
  
b. INLAND SERVICE CHARGES:
   Carrier will assess the Additional Inland Service Charges named on any
   Web Rate Page named in this Tariff Section, on shipments moving via
   Door Service from Shipper's Premises at points in the United States,
   which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges
   named in this Tariff Section, INCLUDING any Waiting Time Charges name
   in paragraph c. below.
  
c. PICK UP WAITING TIME:
  1. On FCL shipments moving on a Door Origin Service (See Rule 2.1)
     which is Picked Up from any Point in Broward or Dade Counties, FL,
     or from any Point in Homestead, Miami or West Palm Beach, FL, Carrier
     will allow a maximum of 30 Minutes Free Waiting Time for Pick Up
     Service to be completed at each Point of Pickup.  If Pickup Service
     requires more than 30 minutes to complete, Carrier shall assess a
     Waiting Time Fee of USD100.00 per each one-half hour, or fraction
     thereof, for all Waiting Time incurred in excess of the Free Waiting
     Time, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
     charges.  Waiting Time will be calculated from the Time Carrier's
     designated driver arrives at Shipper's premises until the time
     Carrier's Driver is provided all applicable shipping documents and
     is released by Shipper to commence transportation service.
  
  2. On FCL shipments moving on a Door Origin Service (See Rule 2.1)
     which is Picked Up from any Point in the United States, other than
     points named in paragraph c.1., Carrier will allow a maximum of 60
     Minutes Free Waiting Time for Pick Up Service to be completed at
     each Point of Pickup.  If Pickup Service requires more than 60
     minutes to complete, Carrier shall assess a Waiting Time Fee of
     USD200.00 per each hour, or fraction thereof, for all Waiting Time
     incurred in excess of the Free Waiting Time, which charge shall be
     in addition to all other applicable charges.  Waiting Time will be
     calculated from the Time Carrier's designated driver arrives at
     Shipper's premises until the time Carrier's Driver is provided all
     applicable shipping documents and is released by Shipper to
     commence transportation service.
