Except as otherwise specifically provided on individual Web Rate
Pages (TLIs), rates named in this Tariff Rate Section applying on
"Noseload Shipments" are SBJ to the following provisions, terms,
conditions and restrictions:
    
a. Noseload rates apply when Shipper or Consignee instructs Carrier
   to load the "nose" of a 40 ft. container, at its nominated CFS
   facility, with a minimum of 700 cft, and a maximum of 900 cft, of
   cargo for Shipper's or Consignee's account to facilitate delivery
   of cargo at destination.
   
b. At destination Carrier will strip container and make the entire
   Noseload shipment available for Consignee pickup at one time at
   its nominated CFS facility SBJ to the provisions of Rule 2.1.
   
c. Carrier shall be free to utilize any and all remaining empty space
   in the container to load other cargo destined to the same Carrier
   nominated CFS at destination.
   
d. When Shipper or Consignee requests Carrier to accept cargo for
   consolidation into the Noseload shipment over a period of time,
   Carrier will adhere to such instructions SBJ to the provisions,
   terms, restrictions and any additional charges named in Rule 23.2.
