Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the rates named in NRAs or Rate TLIs named in Tariffs governed by
this Tariff TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below are SBJ to the
FOREIGN HANDLING CHARGES (THC) provided below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
a. FOREIGN HANDLING CHARGES:
   
 1. Cargo transported FROM, TO or THRU Ports in the Dominican
     Republic are SBJ to the THC named herein, which charge shall
     be in addition to all other charges.
    
     ON LCL or AQ Shipments:
    
       EXPIRES with 17 October 2013
         US$ 0.42 per cft.
    
       EFFECTIVE 18 October 2013 and EXPIRES with 31 October 2013
         US$ 0.42 per cft., SBJ to a Minimum Charge of US$45.00 per B/L.
    
{A}    EFFECTIVE on 1 November 2013
         US$ 0.42 per cft or US$ 0.84 per 100 lbs.,
             whichever produces the greater revenue.,
