Except as otherwise provided, when Carrier provides "S"
(Container Freight Station) Service on cargo delivered to
Carrier's Miami CFS facility by a Parcel Delivery or
Messenger Service (such as, but not limited to, UPS, DHL or
FEDX), Carrier will assess the PARCEL RECEIPT SURCHARGE as
specified below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.  A "Parcel Delivery Service" or
"Messager Service" as defined in this Rule is any company
transporting small articles completely wrapped or boxed in a
manner that will provide protection against breakage or
damage during transport, that is capable of being carried
and handled by a human being without the benefit of any
mechanical assistance.
    
PARCEL RECEIPT SURCHARGE will be a charge equal to the
 ocean freight rate applicable from Miami to cargo
 Destination calculated for one cubic foot per each carton
 or parcel unit delivered to and received by Carrier at its
 Miami CFS facility.
    
The Parcel Freight Surcharge will be calculated and Shown
together with Ocean Freight And Charges on the Carrier's
B/L.
