Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages, all shipments
moving on the Rates named in this Tariff FROM/TO/THRU Ports and Points
in the United States named below are SBJ to the PORT OF CALL RECOVERY FEE
(POCA) named below, which charge has been established to offset underlying
VOCC charges imposed on all Cargo as a result of governmental actions.
This charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
  
FROM/TO/THRU Ports and Points in the United States the POCA will be:
   
  a. On LCL or AQ Containerized Shipments:
           USD 1.77 per cft or USD 3.54 per 100 lbs., whichever produces
             the greater revenue.

  b. On Break Bulk Non-Containerized Shipments:
           USD 70.80 per 40 cft or USD 70.80 per 2000 lbs., whichever
             produces the greater revenue.

  c. On Shipments in BARRELS:  USD 28.13 Each

  f. On VEHICLES:
    1. On Vehicles NOT Exceeding 700 cft each:
            USD  885.00 Each

             produces the greater revenue.
