Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages, all shipments
moving on the rates named in this Tariff FROM/THRU the Ports and Points in
the United States named below TO/THRU the Ports and Points named in Rules
1.3 and 1.4 are SBJ to the ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE (OTHC) named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments or Shipments in Barrels FROM Points in the
United States named below, when Carrier provides either "D" or "S"
service at origin (SBJ to Rule 2.1 in the Governing Rules Tariff)
Carrier will assess the OTHC named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
