RULE: 23.6 - FCL INLAND, DRAYAGE & WAITING TIME CHARGES Eff: 23JAN2019

When Carrier is required or requested to provide Inland Transportation
or additional Drayage Services on FCL shipments moving via Door Service
from a Shipper's Premises at any point in the United States, the
Additional Inland and/or Drayage Charges and/or Waiting Time Charges
shown herein will be assessed, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
   
a. SOUTH FLORIDA INLAND PICKUP/DELIVERY CHARGES ON FCL SHIPMENTS:
   When Carrier is requested to provide inland transportation service
   from or to a Shipper's or Consignee's premises (Door service) at a
   point in Broward, Dade or Palm Beach Counties, FL and further Carrier
   is requested to issue a B/L showing the Shipper's premises as the
   Place of Receipt or to issue a B/L showing the Consignee's premises
   as the place of delivery, Carrier will provide such pickup or
   delivery service SBJ to the Additional Drayage/Inland Service Charge
   named below (See NOTE 1), which charge shall be in addition to all
   other applicable charges, INCLUDING any Waiting Time Charges named
   in paragraph e. below.
   
{IA} USD 315.00 per Container Pickup or Delivery (SBJ to the Inland
      Fuel Surcharge named in paragraph d.)
  
   NOTE 1: The South Florida Drayage/Inland Service Charge does NOT apply
    on shipments moving on a Rate named in this Tariff Rate Section that
    is published to apply on Door (origin or destination) Service from or
    to any South Florida point named above.
  
b. INLAND SERVICE CHARGES (Other Than From or To Points named in
    Paragraph a. above):
   Carrier will assess the Additional Inland Service Charges named on any
   Web Rate Page named in this Tariff Rate Section, on shipments moving
   via Door Service from Shipper's Premises at points in the United
   States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges named in this Tariff Rate Section, INCLUDING any Waiting Time
   Charges name in paragraph e. below.
  
c. ADDITIONAL DRAYAGE SERVICE CHARGES:
   Carrier will assess the Additional Drayage Service Charge (SBJ to
   NOTE 2) named below on shipments moving via Door Service From
   Shipper's Premises in Broward or Dade Counties, FL when interchanged
   through any So.FL Origin Port:
   
     USD 175.00 per Additional Container Movement
  
   NOTE 2: Additional Drayage Service is defined as any Carrier provided
    container movement beyond immediate non-stop transportation of loaded
    container from Shipper's Premises to Container Yard and/or shipside
    at Pier, which is NOT otherwise included in the applicable rate.
  
d. INLAND FUEL SURCHARGE (Applicable on Shipments From or To Shipper's
    or Consignee's Premises - Door Service - at any point in Broward,
    Dade or Palm Beach Counties, FL):
   In addition to the Inland Pickup/Delivery Service charge named in
   paragraph a. above Carrier will assess the Inland Fuel Surcharge (IFS)
   named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges:
   
{IA} USD 160.00 per Container Movement
  
e. PICK UP WAITING TIME AND CHARGES:
  1. On FCL shipments moving on a Door Origin Service (See Rule 2.1)
     which is Picked Up from any Point in Broward or Dade Counties, FL,
     or from any Point in Homestead, Miami or West Palm Beach, FL, Carrier
     will allow a maximum of 30 Minutes Free Waiting Time for Pick Up
     Service to be completed at each Point of Pickup.  If Pickup Service
     requires more than 30 minutes to complete, Carrier shall assess a
     Waiting Time Fee of USD100.00 per each one-half hour, or fraction
     thereof, for all Waiting Time incurred in excess of the Free Waiting
     Time, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
     charges.  Waiting Time will be calculated from the Time Carrier's
     designated driver arrives at Shipper's premises until the time
     Carrier's Driver is provided all applicable shipping documents and
     is released by Shipper to commence transportation service.
  
  2. On FCL shipments moving on a Door Origin Service (See Rule 2.1)
     which is Picked Up from any Point in the United States, other than
     points named in paragraph c.1., Carrier will allow a maximum of 60
     Minutes Free Waiting Time for Pick Up Service to be completed at
     each Point of Pickup.  If Pickup Service requires more than 60
     minutes to complete, Carrier shall assess a Waiting Time Fee of
     USD200.00 per each hour, or fraction thereof, for all Waiting Time
     incurred in excess of the Free Waiting Time, which charge shall be
     in addition to all other applicable charges.  Waiting Time will be
     calculated from the Time Carrier's designated driver arrives at
     Shipper's premises until the time Carrier's Driver is provided all
     applicable shipping documents and is released by Shipper to
     commence transportation service.
