a. In the south Florida area, Carrier will accept Shipper's tender of
   wheeled Vehicles for tansportation service to the destinations
   named in this Tariff Rate Section at one of its Vehicle nominated
   Receiving Stations located at the addresses below.  Any and all rates
   applying on wheeled Vehicles from Miami, Port of Palm Beach, Port
   Everglades, West Palm Beach or So.FL Origin Ports named in this
   Tariff Rate Section will also apply on any Vehicle tendered at one
   of the Carrier's Nominated Vehicle Receiving Stations listed below.
   At the time of booking, Shipper will be instructed at which location
   his Vehicle(s) is to be tendered to Carrier.

b. In the New York/New Jersey Port Area, Carrier will accept Shipper's
   tender of LCL, LS or AQ cargo for consolidation into an Ocean
   Container destined to a port or point named in this Tariff Rate
   Section, at the Terminal Receiving Station located at the address
   below.  Any and all rates applying for cargo accorded CFS ("S")
   service at origin (See Rule 2.1) from Kearny or Newark, NJ,
   Brooklyn, NY, or NY Origin Group named in this Tariff Rate Section
   will also apply from Carrier's nominated CFS Terminal facility
   located at the address named below.
