Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs (rate
Items), the Minimum Charge for a single shipment moving on
a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional
Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in
this Tariff will be as follows:
          
a. On W/M, W OR M Rated Shipments:
  1. On Shipments from or to Ports and Points in the United
      States, See Exceptions:
        The applicable Minimum Charge for a single B/L will
         be the charge for a single freight ton of cargo,
         See Exceptions.
    
  2. EXCEPTIONS:
    i. On Shipments from Ports and Points in Italy
       to Ports and Points in the United States the
       Minimum Charge will be:
           US$100.00 per B/L.
     
b. On FCL PC Rated Shipments - the applicable charge for a
     single container unit.
         
c. On Lumpsum or Each Rated Shipments - The stated LS or
     EA Rate.
