Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the rates Named in this Tariff TO/THRU Ports in Angola FROM/THRU
Ports in the United States will be SBJ to the ANGOLA PORT ARBITRARY
SURCHARGE provided below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
      
   ANGOLA PORT ARBITRARY SURCHARGE applying on shipments moving via
     ATLANTIC CONTAINER LINE A.B.; and via GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI
     NAVIGAZIONE and via INDUSTRIA ARMAMENTO MERIDIONALE S.P.A. (SBJ
     to Rule 2.4.i.)
    
 1. TO/THRU the Ports in ANGLOA applicable on FCL Container shipments
     will be:
