This Rule and Charge applies ONLY on Shipments moving via ATLANTIC
 CONTAINER LINE A.B., And/Or GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE, And/Or
 INDUSTRIA ARMAMENTO MERIDIONALE S.P.A. (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
    
a. NEW VEHICLE SERVICE:
   "Newly Manufactured Vehicles" will be considered those vehicles from a
   Manufacturer, Distributor and/or Dealer that are sold as "brand new"
   vehicles, titled as new by the dealer or non-titled, and which require
   a (OS) Statement of Origin by US Customs at time of shipment.
    
{A}EFFECTIVE 13 December 2009
   Any Shipper electing to book their vehicle as "NEW" will be assessed a
   10% (ten percent) new Vehicle surcharge (calculated on the base ocean
   freight).  The "NEW" vehicle service will include: an inspection survey,
   a secure priority stowage within the vessel, and given load order
   priority status for the next available vessel where possible.
    
b. VIP UNIT SERVICE
{A}EFFECTIVE 13 December 2009
   Any Shipper electing to book their cargo to/thru a West African Port
   as a "VIP" Unit will be assessed a 10% (ten percent) VIP Surcharge
   (calculated on the base ocean freight).  The VIP Service will include:
   an inspection survey and a secure priority stowage within the
   transporting vessel.
