Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, Carrier will subject
all rollable cargo and/or self-propelled vehicles destined To/Thru Ports
in Africa to a mechanical diagnostic review before loading aboard vessel.
Carrier will assess the Checking Fee named below for performing the
Mechanical Diagnostic Checks, which charge shall be in additional to
all other applcable charges.
    
    MECHANICAL DIAGNOSTIC CHECK FEE applying on shipments moving via
     ATLANTIC CONTAINER LINE A.B.; and via GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI
     NAVIGAZIONE and via INDUSTRIA ARMAMENTO MERIDIONALE S.P.A. (SBJ
     to Rule 2.4.i.)
     
     1. Cars, Automobiles, Vans and SUVs of all Kinds:
{A}       EFFECTIVE 12 December 2009
            US$ 20.00 per unit
     
     2. Vehicles and Rollable Cargo, N.O.S.
