Surcharge (EFS) named below:
     
a. On LCL or non-containerized cargo shipments:

b. On FCL shipments:
    
  1. On shipments TO/THRU Ports in: Bahrain, Egypt, Israel,
       Jordan, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria,
       Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Yemen
     moving VIA Mediterranean Shipping Company
       (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
