Unless otherwise specified in an individual rate item,
the War Risk Surcharge named below will be assessed on all
shipments moving on the rates between Ports and Points in
the United States and Ports and Points in Countries named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
                 
a. WAR RISK SURCHARGES APPLYING:
    
  1. On shipments TO Or THRU Abidjan, Ivory Coast
     moving VIA Atlantic Container Line or Grimaldi Lines
       (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
    
         US$ 245.00 on 20 ft. equipment
         US$ 490.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
