Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff TO Ports
and points in the United States are SBJ to the Destination
Handling Charge (D-THC) named below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.
     
  THC Shall be:
a. on all Shipments imported into the United States -
           $ 25.00 per shipment (per B/L).
