shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff from or
thru Shanghai, China are SBJ to the SHANGHAI PORT
SURCHARGES named below, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable charges:
    
a. TO Ports & Points in the United States:
     
      On LCL or AQ Shipments - $   3.00 W/M, as freighted
        
      On FC Shipments        - $  66.00 PC20X
                               $  88.00 PC40
                               $  99.00 PC40A or PC40B
