ONLY WHEN SPECIFIC REFERENCE IS MADE HERETO BY RULE NO.)
      
     
Except as otherwise provided, the rates and charges named
in Item 009901.1110 applying to USWC Destination Ports will
also apply on shipments destined to the points named in the
Inland Rate Table referenced below, SBJ to the inland
charges provided therein, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable rates and charges. 
     
SEE INLAND RATE TABLE "INLAND CHARGES FOR 009901.1110;
  Inland Charges for shipments moving in PC20 and PC40B
  shall be calculated as provided in Rule 2.32.
