ONLY WHEN SPECIFIC REFERENCE IS MADE HERETO BY RULE NO.)
Except as otherwise provided, the rates and charges named
in the Rate Items making specific reference to this rule
applying on shipments from Hong Kong will also apply on
shipments originating at the ports in china named in the
Inland Rate Table, SBJ to the outport charges named
therein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable rates and charges.

Ouport Charges for shipments moving in PC20 and PC40B
shall be calculated as provided in Rule 2.32.
