Except as otherwise provided in an individual NRA, NSA or in a Rate Tariff TLI (rate Item), governed by this Tariff, the Minimum Charge for a single shipment moving on a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in this Tariff will be the applicable charge for a single freight ton of cargo.
