Except as otherwise provided in individual NRAs or on individual Web
Rate Pages in Tariffs governed by this Tariff, the Minimum Charge
for a single shipment moving on a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of
all additional Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges
named in this Tariff or in an applicable, accepted NRA or on a Web
Rate Pages in a Tariff governed by this Tariff will be as follows:
          
a. On W/M, W OR M Rated Shipments - the applicable charge
     for a single freight ton of cargo.
            
b. On FCL PC Rated Shipments - the applicable charge for a
     single container unit.
         
c. On Lumpsum or Each Rated Shipments - The stated LS or
     EA Rate.
