Except when Rates or Charges are published in an NRA or on an
applicable Web Rate Page in a Tariff governed by this Tariff,
to apply on shipments loaded in and moving in 40 ft. Hi-Cube
containers, rates and charges applying on shipments loaded in
or moving in 40 ft Hi-Cube Containers will be calculated as
follows:
     
a. On shipments moving in 40 ft. Hi-Cube Containers, the
   rate or charge will be 112.5% (one-hundred twelve and
   one-half  percent) of the applicable 40 ft. dry van rate,
   rounded to the nearest $5.00.
