Equipment will be SBJ to the applicable dry equipment rate PLUS the
Special Equipment Surcharge named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.

 Garment-On-Hanger, Insulated or Refrigerated, Open Top, Tank, MAFI,
 Hard Top/Open Top, Flat Bed, Flat Rack, Top Loader or Vehicle Rack
 Equipment will be SBJ to a SPEC OF:

         To/Thru Kingston Jamaica:     USD 500.00 Per Unit
         To/Thru Montego Bay Jamaica:  USD 500.00 Per Unit
    
 b. TO/THRU POD Ports in St. Lucia: USD 500.00 Per Unit
