When the gross weight of cargo and container of a PC20 Container
exceeds 44,000 pounds and as a result special Tri-Axle Chassis
Equipment is required to move container over land, Carrier will
arrange to provide such Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment SBJ to the
Tri-Axle Chassis Usage Charge (TRIX) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
