a. The rates and charges named in this Tariff apply ONLY
for work performed during normal business hours form
8:00 AM to 12:00 NOON and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM,
Monday thru Friday, except Holidays (See Rule 34.1)
b. When Services are required or requested at times other
than the normal business hours specified in paragraph a.
above, and Arrowpac provides such services at
non-standard business hours, 150% (one-hundred fifty
percent) of the applicable rates and charges named in
this Tariff will be assessed.
