Documents fully describing the cargo and providing the
weights and cubic measurements of the cargo must be
received prior to, or accompany, the cargo's arrival at the
CFS so that Arrowpac can effect prompt loading, handling or
delivery. When there is an obvious error in the weight or
cubic measurements of the cargo, or for any other reason,
Arrowpac reserves the right to inspect, reweigh, remeasure
or recalculate dimensions of the cargo to verify cargo
declaration. Where an error in description, weight or
measurement of cargo is found, notation of the corrections
shall be noted and Arrowpac's description, weight of
measurement shall be deemed paramount and charges
calculated thereon.
