I. APPLICABLE AT MIAMI, FL TERMINAL ONLY
a. Consignees will be given 7 (seven) days Free Time
(exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) to pickup
and remove cargo delivered to and held at CFS Terminal.
Free Time will commence at 8:00 AM on the day following
cargo arrival at the CFS and will terminate at 5:00 PM
on the last day of Free Time.
b. When ownership of cargo is transferred from one party
to another while at Arrowpac's CFS, NO additional Free
Time will be permitted or extended. Further, all
demurrage charges incurred shall be for the account of
the cargo and MUST be paid as specified in Rule 34.6.
II. APPLICABLE AT NORTH BERGEN, NJ TERMINAL ONLY
a. Consignees will be given 5 (five) days Free Time
(exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) to pickup
and remove cargo delivered to and held at CFS Terminal.
Free Time will commence at 8:00 AM on the day following
cargo arrival at the CFS and will terminate at 5:00 PM
on the last day of Free Time.
b. When ownership of cargo is transferred from one party
to another while at Arrowpac's CFS, NO additional Free
Time will be permitted or extended. Further, all
demurrage charges incurred shall be for the account of
the cargo and MUST be paid as specified in Rule 34.6.
