After the expiration of Free Time as specified in Rule
34.10, the following demurrage charges will apply on all
cargo remaining at CFS:
I. APPLICABLE AT MIAMI, FL TERMINAL ONLY:
For each day or fraction thereof demurrage applies:
$ 1.50 per 100 pounds, OR,
$ 0.15 per cubic foot, whichever is greater,
SBJ to a Minimum Charge of $ 25.00
II. APPLICABLE AT SECAUCUS, NJ TERMINAL ONLY:
1. For each of the first 5 (five) days of fraction
thereof demurrage applies:
10 cents per 100 pounds, OR,
3 cent per cubic foot, whichever is greater,
Subject to a Minimum Charge of $ 25.00;
2. For each of the next succeeding 5 (five) days of
fraction thereof demurrage applies:
17 cents per 100 pounds, OR
5 cents per cubic foot, whichever is greater,
Subject to a Minimum Charge of $ 35.00;
3. For each succeeding day or fraction thereof demurrage
applies:
25 cents per 100 pounds, OR,
8 cents per cubic foot, whichever is greater,
Subject to a Minimum Charge of $ 50.00 per day.
