Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff From, To
or thru the ports named below are SBJ to the BUNKER/FUEL
SURCHARGE (BAF) named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.  
     
1. FROM/THRU: Ports and Points in the United States
   TO/THRU: Ports and Points in the Dominican Republic
   
  a. On LCL, AQ or Breakbulk Shipments -
          $ 0.07 per cft or $0.30 per cwt, whichever
              produces the greater revenue
      
  b. On FCL Shpments
       None in Effect
     
    
2. FROM/THRU: Miami, Florida
   TO/THRU: Ports and Points in Costa Rica
   
  a. On LCL, AQ or Breakbulk Shipments -
          $ 0.25 per cft or $0.75 per cwt, whichever
              produces the greater revenue (SBJ to a
              Minimum Charge of US$ 10.00 per B/L)
      
  b. On FCL Shpments
       None in Effect
     
    
3. FROM/THRU: Ports in Puerto Rico
   TO/THRU: Ports and Points in The Bahamas
   
  a. On LCL, AQ or Breakbulk Shipments:
{A}    EFFECTIVE 5 March 2010
          $ 0.50 per cft or $1.00 per cwt, whichever
              produces the greater revenue
      
  b. On FCL Shpments:
       None in Effect
