When rates are named in an individual NRA or on an individual Web Rate
Page in a Tariff governed by this Tariff which apply on Shipments moving
in a 40ft. Standard Height Dry Van Container, but no rate is named to
apply on a Shipment moving in a 20ft., 40ft. Hi-Cube, or a 45ft.
Container, a rate to apply on a Shipment moving in a 20ft., 40ft. Hi-Cube,
or 45ft. Container will be calculated by using the formula below:
   
a. First determine the applicable 40ft. Standard Height Dry Van Container
   Rate.  (If no applicable 40ft. Standard Height Dry Van Container rate
   is published on a Web Rate Page in this Tariff, rate for a Shipment
   moving in a 20ft., 40ft. Hi-Cube, or 45ft. Container CANNOT be
   calculated using this Rule.)
  
b. Shipments moving in a 20ft. Container, will be 90% (ninety percent)
   of the applicable 40ft. Standard Height Dry Van Container rate, 
   rounded to the nearest whole dollar.  To determine the applicable
   20ft. Container rate multiply the 40ft. Standard Height Dry Van rate
   by .9.
  
c. Shipments moving in a 40ft. Hi-Cube Container, will be 112.5%
   (one-hundred twelve and one-half percent) of the applicable 40ft.
   Standard Height Dry Van Container rate, rounded to the nearest whole
   dollar.  To determine the applicable 40ft. Hi-Cube Container rate
   multiply the 40ft. Standard Height Dry Van rate by 1.125.
  
d. Shipments moving in a 45ft. Container, will be 126.6% (one-hundred
   twenty six and 6 tenths percent) of the applicable 40ft. Standard
   Height Dry Van Container rate, rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
   To determine the applicable 45ft. Container rate multiply the 40ft.
   Standard Height Dry Van rate by 1.266.
