In order to recover amounts that must be paid for the construction and
operation of the Alameda Corridor connection to U.S. Railroads, Carrier
will assess the ALAMEDA CORRIDOR CHARGE (ACC) named below as indicated,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
Therefore except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages
(TLIs), all shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff, moving
through the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, CA that are transported
by rail THRU such Ports TO Ports or Points in the United States, will be
SBJ to the ACC named herein.
          
a. On FCL Shipments transported THRU the Ports of Long Beach or
    Los Angeles which move TO Ports or Points in the United States, the
    applicable ACC will be:
