Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff will be SBJ to the
CHASSIS USAGE CHARGES (CUC) provided below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On LCL rated Shipments FROM//TO/THRU POLs in the UNITED STATES,
    TO/FROM/THRU PODs in the Countries named in Rule 1.3, the applicable
    CUC will be:
