Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff,
entering or exiting the Port Terminals of Los Angeles &
Long Beach, CA via surface roads are SBJ to the TRAFFIC
MITIGATION FEES [TMF] (PierPass) named herein, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.  Additionally when a TMF is applied, Carrier
will assess the TMF HANDLING FEE named below, which
charge shall be in addition to the TMF named herein.
    
1. TRAFFIC MITIGATION FEE [TMF] will be as follows:
   
  I. Shipments entering or exiting the Port Terminals
       between the hours of 3:00AM thru 6:00PM, Monday
       through Friday:
    
    a.  LCL, AQ or Breakbulk Shipments (See Exceptions):
          
            NONE Currently In Effect
    
    b.  FCL Shipments (See Exceptions):
            US$  50.00 PC20X
            US$ 100.00 PC40X
            US$ 100.00 PC45X
     
    c.  Exceptions:
      1.  Charge will NOT apply on:
        A.  Empty Containers
        B.  Chassis without Containers
        C.  Containers entering the Port Terminals via the
              Alameda Corridor

        
  II. Shipments entering or exiting the Port Terminals
        between the hours of 6:01PM and 2:59AM, Monday
        through Thursday, or between the hours of 6:01PM
        Friday and 2:59AM Monday:
    
    a.  LCL, AQ or Breakbulk Shipments:
          NO CHARGE SHALL BE ASSESSED
    
    b.  FCL Shipments:
          NO CHARGE SHALL BE ASSESSED
   
   
2. TMF HANDLING FEE will be as follows:
    
    a.  LCL, AQ or Breakbulk Shipments:
          NO HANDLING CHARGE Currently In Effect
    
    b.  FCL Shipments:
          NO HANDLING CHARGE Currently In Effect
