EXCEPTION to Rule 2.1: when specific reference is made to
this Rule, Carrier will provide "Drop and Pick" container
drayage services at the points named in the Rate Table
herein at the charge specified. Drop and Pick Service
INCLUDES pick up of an empty container from a Container
Yard, delivery of empty container to Shipper's premises,
pick up of loaded container from Shipper's premises and
drayage of container to origin Container Yard.
Carrier will allow a maximum of 2 hours Free Time for
loading by Shipper at his premises. After the expiration
of Free Time Carrier will assess a detention charge of
US$50.00 for each hour until Container is ready for pickup.
