Rates and charges named in this Tariff applying from the
U.S. via Ports named below will also apply on shipments
originating at the U.S. inland points named below, when
moving via such U.S. Port, SBJ to the additional
charges named in the Inland Rate Table attached hereto,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
rates and charges.

b. LOADING TIME & DETENTION CHARGES:
1. Shipments originating in Phoenix, AZ:
When Carrier delivers an empty container to Shipper's
Door for loading, Shipper shall have 2 (two) hours to
load, brace, block & pack cargo in container and then
release container to commence transporation. Free Time
shall commence when driver notifies Consignee container
is on Consignee's property and ready for loading.
After the expiration of Free Time, carrier will assess
a charge of US$60.00 per each hour or fraction thereof
until container is released.
