on the rates published in this Tariff BETWEEN the ports and points
named herein when moving via ATLANTIC RO-RO CARRIERS, INC. are SBJ to 
the GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) provided below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.
