Surcharge (LSFS) named below:
      
1. LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGES applying on AQ, Break Bulk, LCL or Lump
    Sum SHIPMENTS:
 
       NONE Currently In Effect (See Paragraph 3. below for individual
        underlying VOCC Exceptions)
           
 
2. LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGES Applying on FCL SHIPMENTS (See
     Paragraph 3. below for individual Carrier Exceptions)
           
       NONE Currently In Effect (See Paragraph 3. below for individual
        underlying VOCC Exceptions)
               
    
3. LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGES Applying on AQ, Break Bulk, Lump Sum,
    LCL, FCL SHIPMENTS when moving moving VIA the specific Underlying
    VOCCs named below (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i):
    
 a. ATLANTIC RO-RO CARRIERS, INC.
     
  i. On AQ, Break Bulk, Lump Sum or LCL Shipments:
     FROM/THRU USAG Origin Ports (United States Atlantic and Gulf
       Coast Ports):
