Except when otherwise specifically provided in an individual NRA, NSA or
Rate TLI named in any Tariff governed by this Tariff, or in assessorial
charges named in this Tariff or any NRA, NSA or Rate Tariff governed by
this Tariff, the rates and charges named in an individual NRA, NSA or a
Rate TLI named in any Tariff governed by this Tariff do NOT include
mechanical refrigeration, heater, insulated or ventilated container
service prior to, during, or after through transportation service.  Rates
specifically including such protective services will be subject to the
provisions of Rule 2.7 (Prior Booking) and will apply ONLY when Carrier
is able to obtain and provide proper and sufficient equipment to
transport shipment as required.
