All cargo discharged from a vessel at a U.S. port may be subject to
Terminal Handling charges (THC) assessed by underlying VOCCs, Co-Loading
NVOCCs and/or Port or Terminal Operators or their agents.  Such THC charges
will be forwarded to Merchant, Shipper or Consignee for payment, plus a
Handling disbursement fee of 5% or the THC Amount, SBJ to a M/C of USD50,
per B/L.  Charges are to be paid prior to delivery of Container, unless
credit privileges (SBJ to Rule 7) have been granted to the party
responible for the payment of Freight and/or Charges.
