Carrier has a carrier-shipper coloading relationship with other NVOCCs, including but not limited to Carotrans, Shipco Transport, and Brennan International. When shipments are transported in accordance with a coloading relationship, Carrier shall be solely responsible for all transport charges due to the coloader.
