7.1 All cargo discharged from a vessel at a U.S. port shall be subject to
    Terminal Handling charges as charged by the VOCC or its agent, plus a
    disbursement fee of 5% or $50, whichever is greater, per shipment.
    Charges are to be paid prior to delivery of container, unless credit
    arrangements have been approved by Carrier in advance. 
  
7.2 Bunker Fuel (BAF) charges will be charged as specified by the
    applicable TRI. 
  
7.2 Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF) charges will be charged as specified
    by the applicable TRI.
