5.1 Except as otherwise provided in the relevant TRI, all freight and
    charges to destination shall be considered earned and shall be
    payable by Merchant, without refund or offset in whole or in part,
    upon receipt of the goods by Carrier or its agent. Carrier may
    agree, at its option, to accept certain shipments on fully or
    partially collect basis, in which case all collect charges may be
    paid by the Consignee or his agent to Carrier or its agent prior
    to release of cargo at destination.  
   
5.2 Payment shall be made to Carrier or its agent at origin or
    destination either in U.S. currency or its equivalent in local
    currency at the free market exchange rate at the close of business
    of the day before payment according to OANDA (http://www.oanda.com).  
   
5.3 Payment is required for all export/outbound shipments immediately
    upon acceptance of cargo and verification of weight/volume for LCL
    shipments, or prior to container positioning for full container
    shipments, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Credit
    may be offered to Merchant at Carrier's option, upon credit approval
    by Carrier, at terms to be agreed upon between the Carrier and
    Merchant.
